Refund Policy for 4P Marketing

 1. Refund Conditions:

– Within the first 48 hours after completing payment, we will refund 100% of the payment amount (minus a 3% invoice fee and any applicable additional costs) using the chosen refund method.

– If more than half a month has passed, the initial setup fee will not be refunded.

2. Monthly Unused Refunds:

 – We will refund for any unused months.

3. Eligible Refund Cases:

– If the provided service is ineffective or does not meet the initial commitments.

– When unforeseen circumstances arise based on the purchased service, and the customer disagrees with these reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:

– If the customer cannot demonstrate that the company failed to adhere to the initial service agreement. We are committed to ensuring customer rights and adhering to a transparent and fair refund policy.
